RETURNS — OSO CLUB

Custom drop. No returns, no replays.
Most items are made to order. That means: once a piece is created, it belongs to you.

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Returns for Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Email: info@osoclub.com

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product before processing.


Returns not accepted for:

  • Wrong size (please check sizing carefully before ordering)

  • Change of mind

  • Used or washed items

We value minimal waste, deliberate creation, and full presence.
